Course Maps
SWIM COURSE
Each swimmer will be staying in his or her own half of a lane for the duration of the swim.
7-10 yr olds will swim down + back twice, 11-14 yr olds will swim down + back 4 times.
(7-10 100yd, 11-14 200yd.)
There are 6 lanes, so 12 swimmers will start together in each heat and the next heat will
begin when all 12 swimmers from the previous heat are finished.

BIKE COURSE
7-10 yr olds : 1 Lap bike (3.1 mile)
11-14 yr olds : 2 Lap bike (6.2 mile)

RUN COURSE
7-10 yr olds : 0.6 mile
11-14 yr olds : 1.2 mile
